Orders and Shipping
Usually your order will be shipped 3-5 business days after placing your order (subject to clearance and stock availability – up to 7 days during sale/campaign periods). Depending on your location and shipping option, your delivery times may vary.
Once you have placed an order we will send you a confirmation email. After your package has left our warehouse and begun the delivery process, we will send you another email with a final confirmation and tracking number. After you have received your tracking number, you can follow the stages of delivery on the shipping companies website for an estimate on when your product will arrive.

Please contact us immediately if you need to change your shipping address. Requests made within 24 hours of placing the order have the best chance of being completed, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing or shipping has begun.
When your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking events to appear.
If you have not received your order within 60 days of the shipping confirmation email, contact [email protected] with your name and order number so we can investigate.

Payments are processed by our payment providers. Toperth does not store or display your full card number in your account.
We currently offer shipping to supported addresses in the contiguous United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, New Zealand, Ireland, and selected European destinations. Shipping availability is confirmed only when a shipping method is displayed for your address at checkout. If no shipping method appears, please contact Customer Service and we will check the available options for you.

Returns and Exchanges
We accept eligible returns requested within 30 days after delivery when the item is unused and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are normally deducted from or excluded from the refund unless the item is incorrect or damaged.

If you receive the wrong item, contact [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the item and original packaging. Once reviewed, if we confirm the error, we will provide an appropriate remedy such as a replacement or refund and cover reasonable return shipping when a return is required.

Contact Customer Service at [email protected] before sending any item back so we can provide the correct return address and instructions. Standard returns must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition unless we approve another remedy for your request.
Note: Do not send a return to the address printed on the original parcel. It is not the designated return address and may result in the return being lost.

If a cancellation and refund are approved, eligible monetary payments are returned to the original payment method unless you agree to receive Store Credit instead. Any portion originally paid with Store Credit is returned to Store Credit and is not refunded again as money.
