Orders and Shipping

Usually your order will be shipped 3-5 business days after placing your order (subject to clearance and stock availability – up to 7 days during sale/campaign periods). Depending on your location and shipping option, your delivery times may vary.

Once you have placed an order we will send you a confirmation email. After your package has left our warehouse and begun the delivery process, we will send you another email with a final confirmation and tracking number. After you have received your tracking number, you can follow the stages of delivery on the shipping companies website for an estimate on when your product will arrive.

You can contact us to help you change your shipping address after you place an order as long as the item has not shipped. Typically, you can only do this the same day an order was placed because items are shipped as fast as possible.

If an item has already been processed for shipping, you will not be able to change the address.

We set ourselves apart from the crowd by providing great customer service and personal attention. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

We work with a credit card vendor to process all of our transactions. All of the credit card information is managed within their system and we are unable to see credit card details in your account.

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

If you believe that your order is received incorrect, please take a photo of the original packaging (inciuding the box the order was shipped in) so we may follow up with our shipper if needed. Once we receive the items, we will offer compensation or resend a replacement and pay the return shipping costs.

Note: Please do not send your package back to the address on your package. That is not an effective return address and will cause your package to be lost. And you are responsible for the loss due to the wrong address. So please contact the customer service and they will spare no effort to help.
