The majority of our items are made on demand. All orders are procssed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. But we can ask our producers to expedite the process if you have an event. Good-quality cotton and linen products usually have more complicated and varied manufacturing processes. And we have strict quality control processes and careful product packaging. (Please note that depending on availability, a small number of orders may still take 7-10 business days.)

The processing time is separated from the transportation time. You will receive an additional notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that during the current situation with the COVID-19 Pandemic, the USPS and most postal services are working hard to maintain their service levels, but we have seen limited instances of domestic USPS postal service delays and greater delays of international mail.

For Item Not on Pre-Order

After receiving your order, we conduct rigorous Quality Control checks and tests in order to ensure the product’s quality prior to shipment to meet your satisfaction. This can involve detailed in-house checks: e.g. material quality, zippers, seams, embellishments and motifs, interiors, lining, etc. The total processing time varies depending on the complexity, design and size of the specific product or article. Larger orders will naturally take longer. It normally takes 3-5 business days for us to process your order. However, please note that the processing time can also be affected by the stock status of individual items, the time of the year, national holidays, etc. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused by these delays and thank you for your patience.

The shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to an invalid address, the customs clearance procedures or other causes.

How do I check the status of my order?

We set ourselves apart from the crowd by providing great customer service and personal attention. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Please make sure the shipping address is complete and deliverable. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided a wrong shipping address. Otherwise, any mistakes in the delivery address will be your sole responsibility. Surcharges for changes of delivery address may apply.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
