I used silicone adhesive cups and they worked perfectly — stayed put through an entire reception. Just plan for that and you'll be fine. Dress itself is gorgeous.

I did use fashion tape at the center point just for my own peace of mind, but honestly it stayed put on its own. The crossover waist is incredibly flattering. When I put it on for my friend's wedding I couldn't stop touching the fabric — smooth, heavy enough to drape properly, and the burgundy is so deep and rich it almost glows. This dress does not look like what I paid for it, and I mean that in the best possible way.
