1. Meça o peito

Mantenha uma postura direita. Passe a fita métrica por baixo dos braços e à volta das costas e meça a parte mais larga do peito. Mantenha a fita paralela ao chão.

2. Meça a cintura

A cintura natural fica a meio caminho entre a costela mais baixa que consegue sentir e o bordo superior externo do osso da anca. Para a encontrar, mantenha-se direita e incline-se para um lado; a dobra do tronco indica a cintura.

3. Meça as ancas

Mantenha-se de pé com os pés juntos e passe a fita métrica à volta da parte mais larga das ancas e dos glúteos. A fita deve ficar ajustada, sem apertar, e paralela ao chão para obter uma medida exata.
