2. Mesurez votre taille

Votre taille naturelle se situe à mi-chemin entre la côte la plus basse que vous pouvez sentir et le bord supérieur extérieur de l’os de la hanche. Pour la repérer, tenez-vous le dos droit et penchez-vous sur le côté : le pli de votre buste indique votre taille.

3. Mesurez vos hanches
