1. Misura il torace

Mantieni una postura eretta. Passa il metro sotto le braccia e intorno alla schiena, quindi misura il punto più ampio del torace. Tieni il metro parallelo al pavimento.

2. Misura la vita

Il punto vita naturale si trova a metà tra la costola più bassa che riesci a sentire e il bordo superiore esterno dell’osso dell’anca. Per individuarlo, stai dritta e piegati di lato: la piega del busto indica il punto vita.

3. Misura i fianchi

Stai in piedi con i piedi uniti e avvolgi il metro intorno alla parte più ampia dei fianchi e dei glutei. Il metro deve aderire senza stringere e restare parallelo al pavimento per ottenere una misura precisa.
