1. Mide el pecho

Ponte de pie con la espalda recta. Pasa la cinta métrica por debajo de los brazos y alrededor de la espalda; mide la parte más ancha del pecho. Mantén la cinta paralela al suelo.

2. Mide la cintura

Tu cintura natural está a medio camino entre la costilla más baja que puedes notar y el borde superior externo del hueso de la cadera. Para encontrarla, ponte recta e inclínate hacia un lado; el pliegue del torso marca la cintura.

3. Mide las caderas

Ponte de pie con los pies juntos y rodea con la cinta métrica la parte más ancha de las caderas y los glúteos. La cinta debe quedar ajustada, pero sin apretar, y paralela al suelo para obtener una medida precisa.
