1. Brustumfang messen

Ihre natürliche Taille liegt auf halber Strecke zwischen der untersten tastbaren Rippe und dem oberen äußeren Rand Ihres Hüftknochens. Stellen Sie sich zum Finden aufrecht hin und neigen Sie sich zur Seite; die Falte an Ihrem Oberkörper markiert Ihre Taille.

3. Hüftumfang messen

Stellen Sie sich mit geschlossenen Füßen hin und legen Sie das Maßband um die breiteste Stelle von Hüfte und Gesäß. Das Band sollte anliegen, aber nicht zu eng sein, und für eine genaue Messung parallel zum Boden verlaufen.
