1. Brustumfang messen

3. Hüftumfang messen

Stellen Sie sich mit geschlossenen Füßen hin und legen Sie das Maßband um die breiteste Stelle von Hüfte und Gesäß. Das Band sollte anliegen, aber nicht zu eng sein, und für eine genaue Messung parallel zum Boden verlaufen.
