OK so my family is Trinidadian which means our weddings have a point in the evening where soca comes on and EVERYONE is on the dance floor. I needed a dress that looked elegant for the ceremony but could handle wining and jumping at the reception. This did both. The spandex blend stretches with every movement — I bent, I dipped, I twisted my waist, and the fabric moved right with me. The flare from the knee down gives your legs room so you're never restricted. And the applique is sewn on tight — nothing loosened or shifted despite some very enthusiastic dancing. The ex-bride's face was worth the price of admission. Every person at my table told me I was the best-dressed woman there.
