But once the pleated skirt falls into place below them, the proportions actually balance out beautifully. The silhouette tapers at the waist and then the accordion pleats do all the work. Giving four stars only because I wish the cutout shape was slightly narrower for curvier frames.

I pulled this out of the branded box and the satin pleats just cascaded out like liquid. I literally couldn't breathe for a second. The fabric has this weight to it that you can feel immediately — this is not some flimsy fast-fashion moment. Wore it to my rehearsal dinner and got more compliments than on my actual wedding dress.
