Here's the honest truth: I was skeptical ordering a formal dress online. The photos looked too good. But it arrived in a rigid box with tissue paper, every pleat intact, and the color was exactly what the photos showed. The satin has a weight to it that feels substantial, not costume-y. I trust this brand now.
