Objectively it's a beautifully made dress — the satin, the construction, the draping are all excellent. It's just more dramatic than what I typically reach for. If you love a statement neckline, this is your dress.

The ruffles across the bust give a red-carpet drama that you just don't expect from an online purchase, and the slit is high enough to dance in without worrying about flashing anyone.
