But the corset-style ties let me tighten the bodice exactly where I needed it while the pleated skirt has enough flow to skim over my lower half. I could breathe, I could eat dinner, and my waist looked incredible. If you carry your weight unevenly this dress solves the problem other formal dresses create.

It isn't just sexy, it gave my legs total freedom so I could crouch all the way down on the grass to pick him up without feeling like the skirt was pulling or the seams were going to burst. The satin material is shockingly thick and opaque in person. Even standing right in the glaring direct sun on the patio for pictures, you couldn't see through it at all and it didn't cling to my undergarments. Seriously impressive quality for the price.
