The shoulder bows are beautiful but the organza-like fabric of the ties does tend to loosen and slip over the course of a long evening. I retied them twice during a five-hour event. Tying a firm knot instead of a loose bow helped. I'd love a slightly more structured tie fabric but it's a minor thing — the bows are such a pretty detail that it's worth the occasional adjustment.

But if you'll be seated for very long stretches, know that the stretch fabric does hold creases temporarily. The dress looks just as good at the end of the night as the beginning otherwise.

What I will say is that the 3D flowers spread apart more through the midsection where the fabric stretches most, so you see more of the base fabric between them. The overall effect is still beautiful but the flower density looks different than on the size 8 model. Just something to be aware of. The dress itself is flattering and I felt gorgeous.

If you're a D or above and need firm support, test your strapless and adhesive options before the day. The back tie sits mid-back and holds the dress secure. My only real wish is that it came with some kind of built-in bra support — the scooped back rules out a regular bra completely, and stick-on cups were my only option. Really wish they offered a petite option because the dress itself is exquisite. The flowers, the fit, the color — all ten out of ten. Just budget for alterations if you're under 5'5".

The stretch spandex doesn't breathe as well as natural fabrics which I expected from the composition but hoped would be offset by the sleeveless design. It wasn't quite enough. Still looked incredible all day and the compliments were nonstop, but I was warm. If breathability is a priority for you, keep this in mind.

I did notice one petal edge on the left hip area that was slightly lifting, easy enough to tack down with a needle and thread. Overall the quality is high relative to the price point. I'm a 14DD and I want to be upfront — the V-neckline sits lower than you'd expect on a fuller bust. I added a small stitch at the point of the V to bring it up about half an inch and that solved it completely. Beyond that, the fabric is incredibly forgiving and stretchy in the best way, and this shade of pale yellow is beautiful on fair, freckled skin. Really happy with the purchase.

My one note is that the spandex-nylon blend does trap heat, so if you're wearing it outdoors in summer, prepare for warmth in direct sun. I'd still buy it again in a heartbeat. The rosettes are positioned on top of the shoulder rather than around the armhole, which gives full range of motion underneath. One small note: raising both arms fully overhead does cause the deep V to open wider, so just be aware if you plan on doing anything with arms above your head.

The accordion pleats seem to have a natural memory that keeps everything hanging straight. My only challenge was that keeping the hem off the floor required heels the entire time, which after three hours standing was tough on my feet. The dress performed perfectly — my shoes were the weak link.
